Child Safety Standards

This page describes the child safety standards for Memoria (developer: MemoriaTech). We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Memoria strictly prohibits:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- sexual exploitation or abuse of minors
- grooming, coercion, or sexual extortion of minors
- requests for, sharing, or promotion of exploitative content involving minors
2. Reporting in the App
Users can report concerns directly in the app using the Support screen (Settings → Contact Support). Users may also report by email.
3. Enforcement and Response
When we identify or receive reports of violating content or behavior, we may:
- remove or restrict content
- suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- preserve relevant records as required by law
- report to appropriate authorities where legally required
4. Compliance
Memoria complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in regions where the app is available.
